Cancellation Policy
At ReNew, we understand that unanticipated events can occur. So, in order to be effective and fair to all clients, we request the following policies be honored:
48 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give us at least 24 hours advance notice, you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amoiunt must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-show. If you do not call or fail to show up, you will be charged for your "missed" appointment.
Late Arrivals. If you arrive late and there is still enough time remaining to start a treatment your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If not you will need to reschedule. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. If there is not enough time and we need to reschedule you will be required to pay for the appointment in advance. Out of respect and consideration to Shelley and her other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Gratuities are not included in ReNew’s prices.

(Credit cards are not accepted.)
New clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment to ensure adequate time for completion of your health screening.
Please turn off all cell phone, PDAs and pagers during your appointment…… Remember, this is your time to relax!
Treatment sessions are customized to accommodate each client. Kindly be punctual, in a spirit of mutual respect. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled in order to accommodate the next client.
ReNew maintains and provides a clean and sanitary environment for all. If you are sick or feeling ill, please call to reschedule your appointment. Babies are not allowed, unless approval is given when your appointment is made. (Note: Our second floor studio is accessible only by stairs.)
An in-studio credit will be issued for any returned product. (Opened products are non-returnable).

Gift Certificates
ReNew Organic Skin Care gift certificates are available for purchase and make great gifts for family and friends. Gift certificates are only redeemable by the person whose name is registered on the certificate.
