Please Read This Important Information
About Booking and Redeeming Your GROUPON® Special Offer!
1. Please email shelley@reneworganicskincare.com or call 410-400-2745 to make your appointment. Emails are preferable. Please be patient in booking your appointment. I will make sure that I can get you in within the allotted time of the offer. It may take between 24-48 hrs to return your email or phone call because I am a one-person operation.
2. Please include your Groupon number in your email or have it with you when you call. I will need this number in order to book your appointment.
3. My cancellation policy is in effect for all Groupon clients. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, I require 48 hours notice, or according to Groupon’s new policy you will be required to pay me $62 for your rescheduled service.
4. This is a small boutique studio, so please plan to arrive no more than ten minutes early. I do not have a receptionist to let you in.
5. I am the only therapist, so I cannot do two or more treatments at the same time. I'm happy to schedule you and someone else back to back but please understand that I will need to probably book that a little farther out to assure that you two are scheduled together. Also, please note that I do not have a waiting area. The good news is Hampden has amazing cafes and eateries as well as tons of great window-shopping... plenty to keep you busy while you wait on your friend!
6. Gratuity is not included in your Groupon. If you wish to leave a gratuity, please remember to tip on the original price of the treatment ($125). Renew only accepts cash or checks.
7. Please print out and bring your Groupon with you to your appointment. This is your proof of purchase, if you do not have your Groupon with you, you must pay the full price of the service.
8. The Groupon is good only for the service for which it was purchased. It is not transferable to another service.
