While the skin type designations and detailed product descriptions are provided to help you best decide which products are appropriate for you, at ReNew Botanicals we know each person is different and that you may have a unique skin care concern or question. Personalized skin care treatments are a specialty of ReNew Botanicals / ReNew Organic Skin Care owner and master esthetician Shelley Birnbaum. So if you have a question about which product to purchase, please send an email: shelley@reneworganicskincare.com. Shelley will personally respond to all inquiries.
 

Product Shelf Life

The shelf life of our products is generally between 3 to 4 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You may refrigerate products to lengthen shelf life. Please avoid dipping fingers directly into cream jars and use the cosmetic spatula provided with all jars to remove cream from the jar. This will ensure that bacteria from the fingers will not contaminate the product. If your products separate, it is the nature of the natural emulsifiers, just shake or stir. Please do not leave products in the shower or tub area. Due to the delicate preservation system, moisture and heat can comprise the integrity of the product and allow mold or bacteria to form.
 

Ordering & Payment Options

ReNew Botanicals accepts most credit cards and PayPal. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. We are unable to accept phone orders at this time. If you have any questions about placing an order, please email us: shelley@reneworganicskincare.com.

Shipping

Please allow us 2-4 business days to prepare your order for shipment. To keep with ReNew Botanicals' eco-friendly practices, all orders are shipped anywhere in the Continental United States by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We have chosen USPS because the mail already comes to your door and many of their deliveries are made on foot. This avoids another carrier making a delivery, cutting the carbon emissions of delivering your order. All of our containers are recyclable glass or plastic, and we do not add unnecessary extra packaging, so bottles/jars are not in individual boxes. Packaging materials used to ship your orders are either reused or recycled bubble wrap, and all padding used is either recycled paper or biodegradable starch packing peanuts.  Please re-use these materials to send any of your packages.
 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is always our first priority and at ReNew Botanicals and we pride ourselves on the fact that we create the highest quality natural skin care products. In order to give you an opportunity to try our products, we offer wonderful Starter / Travel kits, starting at $39. Please purchase one of these kits before ordering full-sized products, as we regret that we are unable to accept returns, unless the product you purchased is defective or an error was made by us in filling your request. In case of damages or incorrect merchandise, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Once we review your order and the cause of the damage or determine the incorrect item or items, we will take the necessary steps to replace your order free of charge. (Please do not ship products back to us.)

Bulk / Wholesale Orders

Products ordered are for personal use only, not for resale. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 3 per product, per size. At this time we are not offering wholesale purchases.

If you live in the Baltimore area (or plan to visit), you can make an appointment for a consultation or facial by ReNew Organic Skin Care / ReNew Botanicals founder Shelley Birnbaum. The knowledge behind the creation of ReNew Botanicals originates from Shelley’sr 21 years of experience as an esthetician and the co-founder of Baltimore’s first organic and eco-friendly day spa. Since 2009, she has maintained a private, appointment-only skincare studio, where she has perfected her personalized treatments and products.
